Ruth & Marcel | Brooklyn Botanic Garden & Weylin B. Seymour’s Wedding Photos
Ruth & Marcel’s wedding was fantastic. What a great idea Ruth had to go to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden to make wedding photos, because we had perfect weather and made beautiful pictures despite the fact that there were humongous crowds.
It was just Ruth & Marcel at the Botanic Garden for photos and then we went to their wedding at Williamsburgh Savings Bank, newly renovated for a wedding venue called Weylin B. Seymour’s. They’ve only been doing weddings at Weylin B. Seymour’s for about a year, so it’s sort of an undiscovered place. It’s beautiful.
The flowers in the ceremony and reception – by Louis Konstantinos – were just the most abundant and luxurious flowers I’ve ever seen. Thousands of red roses and thousands of flowers on the chuppah.
The entire Christopher Duggan Photography team had a fun day together making wedding photos and filming video for Ruth & Marcel. They were referred by Stephanie & Russell, whose wedding I photographed in 2009, and I love when my former clients introduce me to wonderful new couples. Congratulations to the happy couple!!
