With years of experience, I’ve learned when to step in and when to step back, allowing moments to unfold naturally rather than forcing them.

The most powerful images come from real emotion. They are unposed, unrepeatable, and often happen in an instant. My job is to be ready for them.

That instinct was shaped through years of photographing dance at world-class festivals and New York City theaters, where timing, movement, and trust in the moment matter most.

Working in such a fleeting art form has sharpened my ability to anticipate what’s about to happen and to recognize beauty as it appears, then disappears.
